Inspire Next Generation of Space Enthusiasts
Ballarpur, Maharashtra– August 5, 2023 – Crescent Public School and Creative Minds Pre School today hosted an event to inspire the next generation of space enthusiasts. The event, which was live-streamed on the school’s Facebook page, featured interactive activities, presentations, and discussions about India’s ambitious lunar mission, Chandrayaan 3.
“We are excited to be able to share our passion for space exploration with the next generation,” said School Principal Mrs. Humera Khan. “We hope that this event will inspire them to dream big and pursue their interests in STEM.”
The event featured presentations by students from all grade levels, who shared their knowledge about Chandrayaan 3 and its significant contributions to space exploration. Students also had the opportunity to build and launch their own model rockets.
“It was inspiring to see the enthusiasm of the students,” said Mrs. Khan. “They were so engaged and excited to learn about space exploration. We are confident that this event will have a lasting impact on their lives.”
The event was organized by Mrs. Khan, along with Mrs. Vishwabharti Bhagat, Mr. Vinay Wasnik, Mrs. Sonal Thakur, Mrs. Urmilla, and Miss. Glory Ramteke along with other teachers.
The event began with a presentation by Mrs. Khan, who gave an overview of India’s space program and the history of Chandrayaan 3. She then introduced the students who would be giving presentations on their own research.
The students namely Tashvi, Shivaansh, Adheera, Loveleen, Sejal Pendor, Manwa, Anami, Huzeija, Radhini, Jazleen Kaur Makkar, Kimaya Zode, Moksharani Pasula, Vihan Awari, Aryansh Bharne, Kiara Gangshettiwar, Seerat Manghani, Himakshi Mathangi, Abir Thakur, Kabir Thakur , Sanidhya, Ayusha Sheikh, Riyan
Qureshi, Shivanya Kashyap, Aaradhya Chaturvedi, Shivam Thakur, Chaitanya Mulchandani, Farhan Khan, Eshika Yadav, Shibra Sheikh, Rudransh Trisholiya, Aisha Khan, Laiba Khan, Yakshita Prajapati, Naisha, Ifra Sheikh, Zunera Khan, Arshaan, Taj Khan, Humaira Sheikh, Siddhi Chauhan, Shahnawaz , Anisha Kundukwar, Awaj Sheikh, Himani, Gunjan, Atif, Pravesh, Tanmay Khirsagar, Jihan Mulchandani, Pranav Dudhalkar, Arshiya Gidwani, Unnati Nathani, Sunainbano, Aiman Sheikh, gave presentations on a variety of topics related to Chandrayaan 3, including the mission’s objectives, the technology used, and the scientific discoveries that have been made. They also shared their own personal experiences with space exploration, such as their favorite space movies or books.
The kids were given gift and certificate in presence of dignitaries and the event was a great success, and it was clear that the students had a lot of fun learning about space exploration. They were also inspired by the presentations of their classmates, and they left the event with a renewed interest in STEM.
The event was seen as a great way to inspire the next generation of space enthusiasts, and it is hoped that it will have a lasting impact on the lives of the students who participated.
