Sindhi Federation Of South India (SFOSI) will host its 33rd AGM from January 5 to 7 in Bengaluru

The Sindhi Federation Of South India (SFOSI) is all set to host its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Bengaluru from January 5 to 7. Office bearers and members of associations representing Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telengana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, and Goa will attend and participate in the grand 3 day programme. The event will have the 3rd Executive Committee Meeting and brainstorming sessions where feasible ideas for the betterment of the Sindhis and the upliftment of society will be discussed. Also, deserving achievers from the Sindhi community will be awarded the Sindhu Ratna (9), Sindhu Bhushan (4) and the Sindhu Shree Awards (4). Besides this, merit awards will be conferred on 44 outstanding students from South India by Chairman Sri Balilal Chhabria sponsored by Sri Arjun Menda of the Menda Foundation. Sri Deepak Narang Chairman Sindhu Awards will grace the occasion with his presence.

Chairman of the Matrimony Section, Sri Vijay Hinduja, will be in attendance.

AGM meeting arrangements will be overlooked by Sri Mahesh Chhabria, Sri Deepak Narang, Sri Roop Utmani, Sri Manoharlal Hinduja, Sri Prakash Madhwani, and Sri Sunil Sachar.

Known for their brotherhood and also for standing with each other in their community in good and bad times and with society during natural and man-made calamities, is the vibrant Sindhi community. A major section of the community has made India their home, and from then on there has been no looking back for the several generations of the Sindhis.

In whichever nook and cranny of the world Sindhis have settled, Sindhis have wholeheartedly embraced the culture and tradition and have accepted the law of the land without letting go of their own.

The 33rd AGM of the SFOSI is yet another milestone for the Sindhi Community.
