1. What is your business about?
We are providing Information Technology consulting services to Small & Medium enterprises as well as for large enterprises in the area of Cloud Solutions, Digital Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, and custom software development.
2. How did you start your journey?
I was working with one of the top software consulting companies. Most all of the projects I worked on were for overseas clients. It was a really great experience to see how Information Technology helps businesses to achieve their business goals efficiently. During that period, I learned about a new approach to addressing stakeholders’ concerns about information technology efficacy in the business. It prompted me to get certified in TOGAF – Enterprise Architecture Framework. I realised that there is a great potential in the Indian market for EA & Cloud solutioning services, and hence I decided to get into IT Consulting.
3. What is your motivation?
I am always interested in technology innovations and keep updating myself on the latest technology trends. I am also fascinated with System designing as it involves a new creation.
4. What inspired you to do this?
As mentioned, I had a chance to interact with overseas professionals as a part of the project engagement. I could sense the pure professionalism they possess and deliver the results. It is very common practice to work on Project assignments as an independent consultant. This is what inspired me to work as an Independent IT Consultant.
5. How many years of experience do you hold?
I have 20+ years of IT experience. For the past 7 years, I have been working on Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture projects.
6. What is your aim/mission?
We have more than 60% of businesses in the SME segment. It contributes 45% of the total industrial production. But they are facing too many challenges to run the business efficiently. One of them is the higher cost of IT services which is a constraint in adopting new IT technologies. I would urge SME business owners to engage Independent IT consultants that are available at affordable cost with good technical knowledge to make your IT work for you. I offer community consulting services where a group of 2-3 Business owners can come to gather and outsource their IT management at a shared cost. SMEs can use my services to do a digital transformation in a phased manner.
7. What are your future plans?
Looking forward to building a team of Independent IT consultants and working on shared assignments at the most affordable cost in the SME segment.
8. What is something you want us to highlight.?
As Industry 4.0 is happening around, no business can service without IT adoption. Besides technological adaptation, structural changes in processes, human resources, and company culture also occur in the Digital Transformation process. Under these conditions, organisations need to create their strategies and road maps.
