Dr. Narayan Swami has more than 22 years of experience in Information Technology out of which over decade is in the field of Information Security. He has immensely contributed to many complex and strategic projects in India as well as overseas. He has worked at client locations in various geographies across the world in various roles and capacities. He has been appreciated on many occasions by the clients for addressing challenges with different perspectives and delivering with complete ownership. He has been applauded by his employers for the contribution in building knowledge base and sharing it org wide.
He has authored a Kindle Edition e-book “Cyber Security – Simplified for Novice” during pandemic period to encourage non-computer savvy public for online transactions and providing tips and measures to minimise the risk exposure to frauds. He has written many blogs and vlogs on Cybersecurity on social media for different professional groups, conducted sessions for students in the institutes and also conducted Cybersecurity awareness sessions for elderly & non-IT people.
This thesis is based on his practical exposure in the field of Cybersecurity. He has presented a different point of view in utilizing Artificial Intelligence in Cybersecurity which is more focused on preventive measures and also touches some of current limitations of practical usage of Artificial Intelligence in Cybersecurity by organizations. He has applied patent application for the research work done which is published and currently pending for examination.
