Sports start-up SportiWe has been selected to participate in the 100x Gurukul Cohort 05. This is an exciting opportunity for the start-up, as they will be able to receive training and education from some of the top entrepreneurs in the start-up ecosystem. The 100x Gurukul is a highly sought-after program, and being selected is a testament to the potential that SportiWe has to scale up and become a successful company. SportiWe, what began as a college project to founder Varun Gururaja back in 2009, came to life only last year when Varun joined hands with his co-founders Amey Dalvi & Santhosh Gowda and his parents K S Gururaja & Nalini Gururaja, where they extensively supported the project.
SportiWe, an official product of NGSportiWe Technologies Private Limited was officially incorporated in July 2021, having its headquarters in Mysuru, Karnataka; the company has its technology centre in Vadodara, Gujarat.
SportiWe is a Community Sport Network, that enables the sport enthusiasts to connect with other users with similar sport interest. It enables the users to post content related to their favourite sport and explore venues and other businesses that offers products and services in the sport of their choice.

100x.VC Gurukul is a not-for-profit initiative geared toward providing founders with the right knowledge and insight they need in order to scale their idea rapidly and sustainably.
The program held virtually, cohort size limits to 150 different start-ups and SportiWe, being one amongst them; intends to gain the utmost knowledge from this program and take the business to the next level. There will be 12 weekly sessions held during the course of the program consisting of live as well as recorded videos.
