According to him

Girls who receive an education are less likely to marry young and more likely to lead healthy, productive lives. They earn higher incomes, participate in the decisions that most affect them, and build better futures for themselves and their families

As a direct example of this, my father-in-law had two daughters, and he provided education to both. If they had not been educated, she would never have reached here today and married an educated and financially independent wife. I request all those parents that you should make your daughters study and pursue them. If she progresses, then I have full faith that she will illuminate the name of your family, your society and your country.

Thus I believe in girl child education I joined hands with ProjectBaalikavidya , ProjectBaalikavidya works on a mission to support contemporary education of rural Girl children across India , as a pilot project they have started to support 1000 girl children near visakapatnam by joining hands with Aquilamedias pvt ltd. and aarambham foundation from visakapatnam.

Project Baalika Vidya is to support One lakh Rural Girl Children to continue their education, to turn their dreams true. In the first step we are focusing on supporting 1000 rural girl children as a pilot project so that we can better understand the pros and cons to move forward towards our big dream of 1 lakh Rural Girl Children.

Project Baalikavidya previlaged to felicitate Mr.manoj kumar with BAALIKVIDYA DHAATA AWARD 2021-22 for his services to girl child education.
